“Your health and safety are our top priority. At this time, unusually high levels of turbidity have appeared in the treated water supply in areas of Canmore. As such, EPCOR and Alberta Health Services are advising ALL residents and businesses within the Town of Canmore to boil their tap water before consuming it."

A fire ban is now in effect for the Town of Canmore.

The Town of Canmore is reporting water quality issues for several areas of the community.

“We have been fortunate this year so far in the Calgary Forest Area that there haven't been wildfires threatening communities, but we always have to be on alert."

“We have the basic idea of what happened, but given the severity of the injuries we want to talk to as many people as we can that may have seen or came to his aid."

“It’s not very often that a vehicle ends up in the Spray with a positive outcome."
