Editor: Hello Jenn (re: Dec. 12 RMO letter), I applaud you. Finally, somebody is writing about the scary crosswalks we have in town. You see, I live way further up the hill, Elk Run Blvd. to be exact, and I cross the big intersection by A&W.

Editor: The Town of Canmore recently passed its budget for 2014. In this budget, $1.4 million was allocated to replace the roof on the old library plus $900,000 has been approved to turn it into an arts centre.
