Editor: I appreciated the letter before Christmas from John Everts, as well as the last two editorials detailing concerns with the fiscal responsibility of our Town council and administration.

Editor: The Town of Banff will host a public hearing process in the Town Hall on Thursday (Jan. 31) at 2 p.m. in order to solicit opinions regarding the issue of chain stores.

Editor: Once again the administration in Town hall has shown the residents in this town how incapable they are in providing even the basic of services in town.

Editor: In the Outlook article “MP responds to Idle No More protests,” MP Blake Richards is quoted as saying “certainly there does seem to be some confusion about the subject matter and definitely some misunderstanding of what is contained in Bill C-

Editor: I fear I am saying goodbye to the hope of raising my family in a family-friendly community called Banff, Alberta, Canada.

Editor: Re: Parks Canada archeology on Twitter (Jan. 3). I read this article with mixed feelings. As a Parks environmental officer (now retired), I worked closely with the archeologist in the Alberta service sector.
