Due to rising groundwater levels, wastewater is being pumped into the Bow River to keep it out of residents' basements in lower Exshaw

The Bow Valley Food Alliance hired a temporary coordinator, thanks to a grant from the Bow Valley Emergency Grant Funding, to help with immediate food distribution while also sharing education and growing its network

In April, Canadian Rockies Public Schools submitted a list of facility maintenance projects to the province to consider funding and on Wednesday (May 20), Alberta Education announced the division would receive $2.5 million in funding to complete the work

“Yes, we get to promote people and support local businesses … but in the end this a community experience and however you get to enjoy community, amongst a bunch of people you are sheltering in place with, [or] people you love and care for, far away."
