There were a lot of headlines in 2020 for the community of Canmore – here are some of the highlights from the past year.

2020 was an up-and-down year for sports, but was still filled with noteworthy accomplishments from local athletes such as Jacob Bernard-Docker, Shane Stewart, and entire Bow Valley contingent at the Alberta Winter Games.

The past year was a busy year for residents of the Stoney Nakoda First Nation, the MD of Bighorn and Kananaskis Country.

The Fortress Larches and Fortress Ridgeline tours are Ranger-ATV-assisted tours designed to allow visitors easy access to the Alberta backcountry, which began operations at Fortress Mountain Resort in mid-August
