In addition to the letter written by Jim Swanson in the March 7 Outlook "'Cart before the horse' with potential new Banff dog park" regarding the proposed dog park on Marmot Crescent, we often see deer and elk resting in the woods where they want to put the dog park.
The additional traffic will be an issue, we have no sidewalks in this area, which puts pedestrians, cyclists, and children at risk. The statement there is lots of parking at Rotary Park is not necessarily accurate.
