“Unless the UCP brings in some kind of leader that brings everyone together, that has them looking to the future and not the past, I think every MLA is going to be called to account for what they did under Kenney’s leadership.”

“I would think that market forces would prevail and if there was a demand for office space, warehouse space, on the second floor, the proponents would have taken that into consideration. Could we foresee a point in the future where the proponent may come back and look to repurpose that floor space to light industrial?”

The countdown is on for the next provincial election. At some point in the next 12 months, Alberta voters will head to the polls to decide who will lead the next provincial government. With an election set for May 29, 2023, it’s not outside the realm

“These parks belong to all Albertans, and we won’t put up barriers for Albertans regardless of their income. If [Albertans] elect an NDP government, we will repeal the Kananaskis pass and make sure K-country is open and accessible to all.”

“If partway through the construction in the excavation, if clay is hit, is there sufficient wells in place to determine whether or not the construction is the cause of the aquifer draining. If it is, will the applicant be wholly responsible?”
