The arguments to decide if an appeal can move forward on the Land and Property Tribunal orders for the Town of Canmore to approve a pair of area structure plans were filed by all parties.

The Town of Canmore is seeking permission to appeal the Land and Property Rights Tribunal decisions on nine proposed basis to receive the chance to formally appeal.

“The appellant has the option of either advancing to the Court of Appeal if they wanted to do that, or there’s obviously a mechanism within the land use bylaw for reapplication as well."
