CANMORE – The Canmore RCMP have located and charged two women suspected of stealing purses, wallets and credit cards and using them at local businesses around town.
According to police, they were investigating a number of complaints on Wednesday (Nov. 14) and believe the two female suspects caught on surveillance footage were involved in the thefts and use of the credit cards.
Both suspects were wearing long wigs, one coloured red and one coloured blonde. Police said they are connected to dark blue 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe with the B.C. license plate GB631D.
