Glen Baillie On Wednesday, November 11, 2020 just before 11:00 am, in Winnipeg, Glen Baillie of Canmore / Banff peacefully passed away in his sleep. He was 88.

Diane Elizabeth Hutton, age 55, tragically passed away on November 12, 2020.

Christina Chiarizia 1930 – 2020 Maria Christina Chiarizia, beloved wife of the late Carlo Chiarizia, passed away peacefully at the Mineral Springs Hospital in Banff, Alberta, November 13 th at the age of 89.

Karen Stirrett 1951 - 2020 Karen Stirrett, long time resident of Banff, passed away at age 69 from cancer on November 10, 2020. She spent many years as a Post Office employee and volunteer at the Royal Canadian Legion.

SMITH, Vernon (Vern) George Vernon Smith, beloved husband of Kathleen Smith, of Canmore, AB, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at the age of 94 years. Vern was born in Miami, MB, on September 2, 1926 to George and Jessie Smith.

MATT The amazing spirit of ERIN MATT (née Linnard) slipped from earth to heaven on Saturday, October 24, 2020 in Lethbridge at the age of 38 years. Erin was born on March 1, 1982 in Banff to Glynn and Evanne Linnard.

Vera Protz Vera Protz passed away peacefully October 27, 2020 at the Canmore Hospital Golden Eagle View Long Term Care Centre at the age of 84 years. She was predeceased by her husband John Protz, in 2015.

John R. “Jack” Wilson, passed away on October 16 th , 2020 at the Mineral Springs Hospital in Banff, Alberta, at the age of 94 years. Jack was born in Hanna, Alberta May 26, 1926 and raised on a farm just outside of Dehlia, Alberta.

John Harvey Longhurst of Banff, AB passed away on October 3rd, 2020, surrounded by family in his new home, peacefully as he wished. John was born to John Junior and Isabel Ellen Longhurst on June 1st, 1954 in Gimli, Manitoba.

It is with heavy hearts that the management and staff of Canmore Inn and Canmore Rocky Mountain Inn announce the passing of our Vice President, Dave Snider. Dave passed suddenly on Thursday September 3, 2020 at his home.
