Editor:

It’s appalling that Parks Canada restricts access to 17 kilometres of Highway 1A – one of the most scenic roadways in Banff National Park – for a small number of elitist cyclists. National parks belong to all Canadians, and tens of thousands of visitors pay to enjoy our parks as well.

There is plenty of room on that roadway for both motorized vehicles and cyclists.
