Development Permits
The following Development Permits for a discretionary use, or for a permitted use with a granted variance, have been approved by the Development Officer in accordance with the Town of Canmore’s Land Use Bylaw. PL20230180 204 Stewart Creek Rise – Lot 2 Block 20 Plan 1611360 Multi-Unit Residential – Variance to maximum building height for townhouse & townhouse-stacked. The above-mentioned permits shall not be valid until 21 days from the date the Notice of Decision is displayed on the property. Further information regarding these applications may be obtained from the Planning and Development Department.
