A Canmore Planning Commission meeting will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 2024, at 2:00 p.m. This meeting will be held in-person at the Town of Canmore Civic Centre, to hear the following: 1. PL20230037 1 Silvertip Trail Lot 1, Block 17, Plan 971 1512 Proposed Development: Accessory Uses and Accessory Buildings (Accessory Nordic Spa Amenity) Variances Proposed: Section 2.13.0.1 of the Land Use Bylaw to allow a maximum fence height of 2.15 m instead of 1.8 m.
