No. 98/22 – For a Mixed-Use Development located at Lot 7, Block 2, Plan 2211439, (120 1st Avenue) within the Hamlet of Dead Man’s Flats. The above-mentioned permits shall not come into effect until 21 days from the date this advertisement is displayed.
