I got quite a chuckle at the last paragraph in the June 1 editorial in the Outlook “provincial election mercifully over, governance future still uncertain” about hoping for an invasion from British Columbia.

Why wait for an invasion when you can just get on the Trans-Canada Highway and be there in an hour? Don’t forget to fill your gas tank before you leave Alberta.
