I was one of the appellants as was Elder Wa Na Than Wiya (grizzly sow) of the glamping development in Kananaskis Country that was approved by the Land and Property Rights Tribunal.
I have on many occasions tried to get Banff-Kananaskis MLA Miranda Rosin to meet with us and discuss the future plans for the Sacred Valley of Kananaskis.
Any update to the Kananaskis Country management plans must also include our neighbors and friends from the Stoney Nakoda First Nations.
Add in the coal mining fiasco, this current government does not have any concerns to protect one of the last bastions of true wild spaces.
Your ballot in the Banff-Kananaskis riding should not be for the UCP.

I’ve been a conservative voter for more than 20 years, I will be casting my vote elsewhere as a protest vote against Premier Danielle Smith and Banff-Kananaskis MLA Miranda Rosin.
