On Jan. 10, at approximately 1:37 a.m., Banff RCMP received a complaint of theft from the Samesun Backpackers Lodge located in the 400 block of Banff Avenue.
On Jan. 9, at approximately 9:37 p.m., two males entered the storage area where personal belongings are kept. The males, believed to be working together, took a number of items, including two snowboards, a jacket and snowboard bag.
Police obtained surveillance footage and photos of the suspect from the business. Only one of the suspects was observed on the footage.
Investigators ask that anyone with information regarding this crime or the identity of the suspects contact Banff RCMP at 403-762-2226.
