We distribute to over 700 stores, so we need someone exceptional in our warehouse to join our amazing, small yet mighty team in *Canmore*.
The Day-to-Day responsibilities:
• Efficiently pick, pack and prepare online and wholesale orders for shipping
• Oversee shipping management; incoming and outgoing shipments, including inspection for damage, accuracy of shipments and resolving errors
• Ensure accurate inventory levels by periodic physical counts
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and in peak physical condition
• Support B2C and B2B customer service by responding to customer inquiries, warranty requests, invoicing, and receiving payments. General support of the customer service team
• Be an effective team member to contribute to the overall viability of the company
What you bring to the table:
• A can-do attitude, committed to supporting a “tight-knit” team
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience
• An ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Bilingual skills considered an asset
• Basic computer experience
• A high standard for customer service quality and excellence
• Interest in supporting our efforts to grow the Buff® brand in Canada
