I would like to place a gentle reminder in everyone’s hearts that the Stacey’s Day silent auction and bake sale will take place this Saturday (April 28) at the Canmore Seniors Centre.

The event will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., bidding on the silent auction items will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and winners will be announced between 5 and 6 p.m. There will be a raffle for door prices, musicians ‘busking’ background music, a lot of interesting silent auction items to bid on and, of course, delicious baked goods to buy. Refreshments will be served, for a donation of your choice, so come along with your friends, have a ‘cuppa’ and meet the rest of our wonderful community.

If you cannot make it to the event and still wish to contribute, there is an account at any Royal Bank Branch in Calgary, Cochrane and of course, Canmore. The account is in the names of “Stacey Murphy+Brent Dedels.” Please note these are personal donations and tax receipts will not be applicable.
